John Slater has been featured in the alumni profiles of the University of Texas, Austin where he received his PhD. There, he worked in Dr. Wolfgang Frey’s lab to develop nanopatterned surfaces to induce cancer-like behavior, increased proliferation and migration, in non-cancer cells.
