Pinning ceremony for the first group of students to graduate from the University Innovation Fellows program at UD. The Innovation Fellows "are student leaders trained to expand innovation and entrepreneurship offerings on their campuses" [venturewell.org]. The program is run by the National Center for Engineering Pathways to Innovation, funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) as a partnership between Stanford University and VentureWell. - (Evan Krape / University of Delaware) BME undergraduate student Jason Bamford, and graduate student Ashutosh Khandha among first 4 students to be named a UD Innovative Fellow. The Innovation Fellows program promotes entrepreneurship for everyone. As part of the program the students had to evaluate the climate, learn from others and teach others about entrepreneurship.
